Ray J Accepts Plea Deal For Alleged Sexual Assault Charges
TMZ broke the story when Ray was busted at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel back in May for allegedly grabbing a woman's breast, and then getting into a violent altercation with arresting officers. He kicked out the window of a BH PD patrol car.
The plea deal requires Ray to be on probation for 3 years, do 50 hours of community service, 12 anger management counseling sessions, and 12 alcohol therapy sessions.
He will have to stay away from the hotel and pay back Bev Hills PD for the car window. (TMZ)
Ray J Charged With 10 Misdemeanors
According to TMZ, Ray J is in big trouble. The singer is being pinned with 10 crimes dating back from a drunken incident he had in May. The Los Angeles County DA has aggressively smacked Ray with a handful of crimes including sexual battery.
In May Ray J was arrested outside of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel for allegedly brushing up on a woman. The drunk singer was belligerent and began behaving inappropriately. After being arrested and placed in the cop car, the R&B singer kicked out the car window and spat at an officer.
Ray J explained his behavior by saying that the reason he kicked out the car window was because he’s “claustrophobic.” The DA is currently fighting against the sexual battery case because they claimed that the incident wasn’t intentional. While the DA is adamant in removing the sexual battery charge, he’s remaining steadfast with the other crimes, which consists of four counts of resisting arrests, three counts of assault, and two counts of vandalism.

Ray J Gets Arrested For Spitting At Police Officers
Ray J was busted by Beverly Hills cops Friday night after a disturbance at a swanky hotel allegedly turned into a violent confrontation with officers ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us Beverly Hills PD got a call from someone claiming Ray J was causing a ruckus inside a bar at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel ... and officers were dispatched.
We're told hotel staff asked Ray J to leave, but he refused. TMZ obtained photos of officers on scene questioning Ray and an unidentified woman ... shortly before he was taken into custody -- and we're told he did not go quietly.
Once cuffed in the back seat of a patrol unit ... Ray allegedly kicked out a window of the vehicle.
Right now Ray is getting booked by Bev Hills PD for trespassing, vandalism, resisting arrest, and battery ... according to our sources. Also allegedly spitting on an officer during the arrest.
